Perry Haldenby

Perry Haldenby has been on a plant based diet now for 12 years, often teaching classes on nutrition and healthy lifestyles in England. Fitness has been a lifelong passion for him, since starting Judo at the age of 5 to still working out in the gym at the age of 42. For years he fueled his fitness with meat and cheese and pasta. Now he fuels his active lifestyle on only plant-based foods! He is passionate about sharing the truth that you can thrive and be fit and healthy on a plant-based diet, and there is no need to worry about losing muscle or not being able to maintain fitness. Perry is also the husband of our E4 Diabetes Solutions coach and nutritionist Courtney Pool.
